Working alongside our client who is creating a block date to allow a potential office redevelopment in 2028 our lease advisory Partner, Charles Cowley, has negotiated an alignment of five office leases, including two floors to Carter Jonas.

We are delighted to have successfully increased the rental tone in the building up to £100 per sq ft.
