Early 2021
RX London is launched to fill a void in the market for a multi-disciplinary business across central London. The founding RX team comprised: Ed Betts, Catherine Lloyd, Paul Smith, Charlie Van der Gucht, Rob Hayes, Simon Ewart-Perks, Charles Cowley, John Olney and Imogen Purvis.
Spring 2021
Dan Burn and Helie Pryce join the business from JLL, cementing our intention to cover central London, a major turning point for the business.
We move to our permanent West End office at 71 Broadwick Street, W1, in the heart of Soho.
Spring 2022
Frankie Warner-Lacey joins the business from her role as head of City Tenant Rep at CBRE. A coup for RX London.
Jack Rose joins the business to bolster the flex team, working alongside Catherine and Imogen.
Autumn 2022
We open our City office at 8 Frederick’s Place, EC2.
Summer 2023
Thurstan Guthrie-Brown joins the business from JLL to spearhead the City capital markets team.
Autumn 2024
ART Capital launches: a big-hitting debt advisory business led by Stuart Blieschke, Martin Sheridan and Tim Vaughan opens its doors with the backing of RX London, ACRE Capital Real Estate and TTB Bond.
The leasing team is considered one of the leading market forces in pre-letting, ready-to-lease disposals, and landlord flex advisory. We punch above our weight and regularly surpass competitors of all sizes in the industry league tables.
We are incredibly proud to have launched RX London in 2021 with a landlord flex advisory team, the first of its kind by some distance. By shunning the quick and sizeable fees to be made from tenant flex brokerage, we have built trust with the brokerage community and consistently delivered outsized returns to our landlord clients, having introduced them to, or accelerated, their flex concepts. Many competitors have rolled out similar service lines since.
In 2024 we launched Untethered, our managed offices platform in joint venture with RE-Defined (part of MAPP).
The lease advisory team works with both landlords and occupiers regarding their rent reviews, lease renewals, lease regears and strategy. The team has worked in the central London office sector for many decades, and currently advises on over 50 acres of central London.
With well over 100 years’ collective capital markets experience across central London and £3.5 billion of assets traded so far, the team prides itself on honest, joined-up, and straightforward advice. Always working in close collaboration with the leasing and lease advisory teams, and now also supported by ART Capital (debt advisory), the team provides informed and balanced advice across the risk spectrum.
We provide strategic occupational advice to some incredible companies across central London and have done so for many years. We only work with occupiers who consider us a supplement to their in-house real estate teams, rather than a one-dimensional broker, and pride ourselves on using our deep market knowledge to unearth off-market opportunities.
