Dan specialises in providing advice to clients on the design & development of central London office schemes in conjunction with leasing / pre-leasing advice. In addition, he has advised on various strategic asset management opportunities working closely with his investment and lease advisory colleagues to enhance value on behalf of clients. Working in the central London market for 26 years, he has an extensive understanding of the commercial real estate market, and has been involved in numerous schemes across central London.
