Following GPE’s acquisition of the site in 2022, the building has undergone a transformation to create sustainable, high quality and beautifully designed workspace in line with GPE’s net zero carbon commitment.
The building offers self-contained floors ranging from 1,220 sq ft up to 5,900 sq ft, with every floor benefiting from its own meeting spaces, kitchen and breakout areas. Customers also have access to a bustling lounge and coffee bar at ground floor alongside a large shared boardroom for those all-important meetings and events.
On the brand new 9th floor, there is a communal winter garden and terrace where occupiers can enjoy fantastic views of the City. For the wellness conscious customer, there is also a dedicated studio which hosts a whole range of classes from yoga, pilates and HIIT to mindfulness and meditation.
The building achieved practical completion in November 2024, and three floors have been let within a month of building launch. RX London advised GPE on the purchase of the building, as well as currently advising on the design development and leasing of the managed offices.
