One Hooper’s Court, SW3

One Hooper’s Court is a modern office development situated in the heart of Knightsbridge, London. Designed by Fletcher Priest Architects, the building offers 67,000 sq ft of Grade A office space across six floors, with typical floorplates of approximately 14,000 sq ft. The building has achieved a BREEAM rating of Excellent, is all electric with energy procured from renewable sources and has extensive end of journey facilities.

We were appointed by two financial occupiers to advise on their London office acquisitions and they both took space in the striking One Hooper’s Court, as follows:

In 2022 a global private equity firm appointed us to advise on their London office strategy. They were moving from their existing office in Victoria and were looking for a new London HQ. We advised on the acquisition of the first and second floors which totals 23,381 sq ft.

In the summer of 2023, we advised on the acquisition of the part third floor totalling 10,031 sq ft on behalf of an American multi-strategy hedge fund moving from Covent Garden.

Both occupiers took the space in Cat A condition and have carried out their own fit outs to reflect their company cultures. We really enjoyed advising on both acquisitions in this beautiful building.
