Delivered by Landsec, N2 comprises 160,000 sq ft of office space in the heart of Victoria. We acquired two floors in this building on behalf of a local confidential private equity client.

N2, located at 9 Bressenden Place in Victoria, is a brand-new office development and the second phase of Nova, Victoria, a 5.5-acre mixed-use regeneration scheme by Landsec. Designed by Lynch Architects, the 160,000 sq ft building delivers market-leading sustainability, wellbeing, and design, targeting BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A ratings. The building features a communal clubroom and terrace on Level 15, accessible to all tenants.

RX London advised a long-standing private equity client on their expansion and acquisition of 23,500 sq ft across two contiguous floors. The decision to relocate was driven by growth and n2 was selected from a shortlist of options due to the exceptional sustainability credentials, efficient floorplates, views and prime location next to Victoria Station. The building features a fully electric energy system powered by 100% renewable sources.

Tenants such as Qube Research & Technologies and HPS Partners have also secured space in the building. This project marks the third office relocation we’ve managed for our long-term private equity client.
