Charles has been retained by Landsec since 2010 to jointly advise on the rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructures on the Victoria portfolio which includes, Cardinal Place including 80 and 100 Victoria Street and 16 Palace Street, 62 Buckingham Gate, and Westminster City Hall.
