Design and development advice on a comprehensive repositioning by Stiff + Trevillion. Advising on the pre-let of the whole building to Millennium, the largest ever refurbishment letting in Mayfair.
The pre-letting of the entirety of 50 Berkeley Street to Millenium Capital Management was the West End’s largest ever pre-letting of a refurbishment scheme. The development which delivers in late 2025, is designed by Stiff + Trevillion and comprises 177,000 sq ft of Grade A office space with typical floor plates of 23,000 sq ft, extensive terraces and a VIP entrance.
RX London advised the landlord BEAM on the design development and pre-letting of the scheme. 50 Berkeley Street is the second major pre-let for BEAM, following the successful pre-let of 38 Berkeley Street to Chanel.
