RX London has secured second place in CoStar’s third quarter national investment league tables for niche agencies.

RX featured in the sales and acquisitions national league table for the first time since the business was established in January, also achieving a top 10 place among the UK’s largest firms.

RX recorded in excess of £600 million of investment activity with highlights including: Cassini House, a trophy St James’s freehold, sold on behalf of BMO for £145.5 million, in doing so setting a new benchmark yield for the West End; and The Harley Street Estate, a mixed-use 1.2 acre site in the heart of Marylebone, sold on behalf of Arax Properties for £73 million.
