The Collection comprises four freehold mixed-use buildings, situated in prime locations on the east side of St John’s Wood High Street.
The mixed-use buildings provide restaurant, retail, leisure and residential accommodation, totalling 11,239 sq ft (1,044.2 sq m) arranged over lower ground, ground, first, second and third floors. Three of the buildings are prominent corner locations benefitting from return frontages.
