Chanel have more than doubled down on their commitment to London as their global HQ at our client Berkeley Estate Asset Management’s 38 Berkeley Square, W1.

Hard to imagine a better fit for an incredible building – the 86,000 sq ft scheme will be the first to be delivered on the square in 20 years and, on completion next Summer, the tallest CLT office building in London.

Congratulations to the Berkeley Estate Asset Management team (Tim Weston, Giles Easter, Rob Rotbart, Peter Pulford) – just reward for their progressive approach to design and construction. Hats off to Piercy & Company, Elliot Wood Partnership Ltd, Atelier Ten and Andy Sturgeon Landscape and Garden Design, for moving the needle.
