In 2017, Simon helped advise CC Land on their landmark acquisition of the award-winning 122 Leadenhall Street, also known as The Cheesegrater. At the time, the £1.15-billion acquisition of the a 50-storey tower (developed by British Land and OMERS) represented the largest transaction in the City of London’s history.
