Since 2013, Paul has been advising Spanish property company, Pontegadea, from a strategic, lease advisory and leasing viewpoint on many of its trophy London assets including Almack House, 16 Babmaes Street, Devonshire House, 6 St James’s Square and The Adelphi; between them providing almost 750,000 sq ft of prime West End office space.
