Since 2015, Charles has been retained by British Land and CC Land to advise on rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructure strategy at the stunning Paddington Central development – a 1,000,000 sq ft office-led, mixed use 11 acre campus. On a recent tranche of office rent reviews, higher equivalent headline rents on review were agreed on the campus, than on the new Brunel Building.
