For the last seven years, Catherine has advised Shaftesbury on the design development and leasing of their Carnaby office portfolio – over 280,000 sq ft of offices ranging from 300 sq ft townhouses to 70,000-sq-ft Grade-A developments. She has also advised Shaftesbury on their Seven Dials, Soho and Fitzrovia office portfolios.
