Catherine advised Aerium on the leasing of 25,000 sq ft at 24 Savile Row – a particularly exciting project with knockout terraces and a breathtaking facade which she describes as “a true work of art”. She also consulted Aerium on the disposal of their HQ at 49 Grosvenor Street.
