It’s not often you get to post an update like this…..but we are extremely proud to have worked with J.P. Morgan Asset Management on one of the largest reuse schemes in the City of London. It has been a pleasure advising on the design development, which achieved an additional 100,000 sq ft of space, and the subsequent pre-letting of 65 Gresham St, London, EC2 to Squarepoint.
Working alongside an outstanding team we have secured a long-term commitment from Squarepoint on the entire 400,000 sq ft building.
