Pontegadea has let 12,572 sq ft at Adelphi in Covent Garden. The offices, which overlook the River Thames at 5^th floor level, have been leased by Olam Europe Limited, part of the Singapore-based global food and agri-business, Olam International Ltd.

The space, which was acquired by Olam before formal marketing commenced, has been let at a headline rent equating to £82.50psf.
