Thurstan has in excess of 20 years experience in the central London office market, and has provided strategic asset management, development and capital markets advice to a wide array of domestic and international clients. Thurstan started his career at CBRE in 2002, before becoming a founding Partner at GM Real Estate, latterly BH2, in 2010. In 2019, Thurstan moved to a senior position within the JLL Central London investment team before joining RX London in mid 2023.

In recent years, key clients have included Abrdn, ARAX, ARES, Barings, DWS, Endurance Land, GPE, Helical, Invesco, KanAm, Nuveen, Oxygen Asset Management, Partners Group, The City of London Corporation, UBS, Yard Nine.

Outside of work, Thurstan lives in south west London with his wife and three children. He is a keen sportsman having competed a number of marathons over the years as well as being an avid skier.
