Simon Ewart-Perks

Simon has over two decades of experience in the central London investment market, working with a variety of domestic and international investors on an array of projects across the City and West End markets. Prior to co-founding RX London, Simon was a senior director in the central London investment team at Savills for 10 years, having previously headed up the cross-border investment team at DTZ with a focus on international capital flows into London.

Since co-founding RX London, Simon has successfully closed numerous transactions including the disposal of One Smart’s Place on behalf of AXA IM, the acquisition of 12-14 New Fetter Lane for UBS, and the disposal of the long leasehold interest at Bond Street House for MARK and Thor Equities to a Swiss based foundation.

Simon lives in London, with his wife, two teenage children and a brace of dachshunds. Outside of work his passions include skiing and surfing.
