With more than 30 years of experience working in the central London commercial property market, Rob is one of the capital’s most respected investment advisers.

His career began at Morgan Grenfell Laurie followed by 17 years at Richard Ellis/CBRE where he led the West End business team as an executive director. In 2009, Rob established H2SO with three other partners, which fast grew into a leading niche consultancy specialising in investment, leasing and lease advisory work.

After Colliers acquired H2SO in 2014, Rob became Co-Head of London capital markets where he continued to work with his client base of domestic and international investors, including Great Portland Estates, CBREGI, BGO, Nuveen, Dart River, Art Invest, Westbrook, KanAm, Antirion SGR and Cadogan Estate.

Rob lives in London with his wife, two grown up daughters and an unruly dog. He is a keen cyclist, golfer and skier who loves few things more than taking part in classic car rallies and motorbike tours. He is also learning to play the piano.
