Rob Hayes

Rob specialises in the central London investment market and has over 30 years of experience.

Rob began his career at Morgan Grenfell Laurie, followed by 17 years at CBRE before establishing H2SO in 2009 . This business was acquired by Colliers in 2014 and after 6 years as co-head of London capital markets, he became a co-founder of RX London

Rob has advised domestic and international investors throughout his career including GPE, Derwent London, KanAm, CBREI, L&G, BGO, Nuveen, Cadogan Estate, Westbrook and Alduwaliya.

Rob lives in London with his wife, one of his daughters works in fashion and the other is in her last year at university. He is a keen cyclist,  golfer, skier, motor biker and classic car enthusiast. His struggles to learn Italian and piano continue.
