Maria Jones

Maria has over 20 years’ experience in Landlord and Tenant matters, specializing in central London offices. Although mainly focused on offices, Maria has also dealt with industrial, mixed-use, and medical premises. Her experience includes 11 years at Montagu Evans and 10 years at JLL. Maria’s key aim is to provide the best advice to clients and keep them informed at every stage of the negotiations. She spends time understanding clients’ objectives and requirements to ensure targets are achieved while maintaining good landlord and tenant relationships.

Over the years, Maria’s clients have included Aberdeen Asset Management, Aviva Investors, Prime Estates, and Dorrington. She has also assisted partners with their clients, including British Land, Landsec, BEAM, and Oxford Properties.

In her spare time, Maria enjoys walking in Richmond Park with her family dog, Budds, and practicing yoga. She is also in the middle of renovating her family home in the Brecon Beacons National Park.
