Specialising in leasing and occupational advice across central London, Lois has worked in the commercial property market for six years. Before joining RX London, she worked as a senior surveyor for Knight Frank after qualifying from the company’s graduate scheme.

Lois has acted for a wide range of London office occupiers, from Holman Fenwick Willan to BGC, W20 to Robey Warshaw, having acquired and advised in both the City, City Fringe, Canary Wharf and West End markets. She has worked with a plethora of high-profile clients in the legal, TMT and financial sectors, alongside consulting niche start ups on expansion strategy and advising government bodies on assessing effectiveness versus efficiency.

Before turning her hand to surveying, Lois was an established international 800m and 1500m runner. She continues to compete at elite level in half marathons, marathons and ultra marathons and plans to attempt the Marathon Des Sable in 2022– widely regarded as the toughest foot race on Earth. She is also a keen traveller and adventurer, having climbed Kilimanjaro in 2019.
