Hugh Ronan

Hugh works within the Capital Markets team and has more than 10 years of professional experience within the central London commercial property market.

Prior to joining RX London, Hugh worked at Colliers international within the Capital Markets team for approximately seven years.

Hugh has advised several clients across multiple transactions and some of his career highlights include acquiring ENI House, 13 Hanover Square and 33 Foley Street, as well as disposing of 22 Kingsway and 2 London Bridge.

Some of Hugh’s key clients include Tishman Speyer, LaSalle IM, Lazari Investments La Francaise, Brockton Everlast, Schroders, LBS, Great Portland Estates, Alduwaliya and RLAM.

Hugh lives in West London and spends most weekends standing in a river fishing or playing golf.
