Hugh specialises in Central London capital markets, development consultancy and strategic asset advice to clients across Central London. With over five years’ experience in the Central London market, Hugh has built up a loyal client base, including both domestic and overseas investors.

His property career started in 2013 as an asset manager at Workman LLP on their graduate scheme. He then moved to Colliers International in 2015 to join the valuation department, followed by the Central London capital markets team in 2016. Hugh has worked on a number of high-profile transactions giving him exposure to a diverse investor base. His key clients include: Darin Partners, Westbrook, Alduwaliya (ADAM), LaSalle IM, Brunswick Real Estate, Morgan Capital, Bentall Green Oak, JTRE, Enstar Capital, BC Partners, Mayfair Capital, LBS Properties and Royal London.

Outside of work Hugh spends most of his annual leave standing in a river fishing. Being a passionate sportsman, he also plays golf, cricket, tennis and sails.
