Specialising in providing strategic investment and development advice across central London, Hele has over four years of commercial property experience. Before joining RX London, Hele worked at Savills in the Central London and International Investment team having qualified from the company’s graduate programme.

Hele has primarily focussed on the City of London investment market, working with a range of domestic and international clients such as Aviva, Columbia Threadneedle, Orchard Street, Schroders, Al Zayani and Sun Venture. Hele recently assisted on the acquisition of Angel Square, a significant redevelopment opportunity, on behalf of Tishman Speyer.

Outside the office, Hele spends most of her annual leave hunting windy weather to enjoy her passion for kite surfing. She is also a keen cyclist and is currently training for the Mallorca 70.3 triathlon.
