Ed Nicholson

Ed has almost 20 years experience in central London offices, having sat on ‘both sides’ of the table in both agency and in a client capacity.

Having most recently been working for Landsec on three high profile leasing campaigns, namely, Thirty High (300,000 sq ft), 55 Old Broad Street (300,000 sq ft) and Oval Works (70,000 sq ft), he has recently returned to agency to focus on both West End and City leasing.  He brings a wealth of experience having worked extensively on design development, coordinating marketing strategies and handling pre/post-PC negotiations on Cat A / A+ and managed products across a range of assets and markets.

Ed was previously a Partner at C&W in their London leasing team and advised the likes of GPE, British Land, Almacantar, BGO, Derwent London, Landsec, Pontegadea, Kennedy Wilson, and the Portman Estate.

Ed lives in East Sheen with his young family and spends most of his time on a touchline/boundary with a sports mad son or in Richmond Park with a daughter who is becoming increasingly interested in pony riding!
