Ed is a specialist in design development, leasing and occupational advice, with almost 20 years’ experience in central London’s commercial real estate market. Before co-founding RX London, Ed was a partner at H2SO and a director at Colliers International before joining Savills as Co-Head of West End Offices.
Ed has acted for many of central London’s REITS, family offices, funds, landed estates and property companies, including BEAM, Brockton Everlast, Derwent London, GPE, Tishman Speyer, M&G, Shaftesbury Capital and . Meanwhile, his clients on the occupational side have included AB CarVal, Investindustrial, Farallon, CVC Capital Partners, Invesco Perpetual, Mediobanca and TPG Angelo Gordon, among others.
A loyal Canaries fan, Ed lives in Sussex with his wife, two children and dog nemesis. Outside of RX he chairs the mighty Lizards Cricket Club and drives his children around.
