Dan Burn

Dan specialises in providing advice to clients on the design & development of central London office schemes in conjunction with leasing and pre-leasing advice. Dan has advised on various strategic asset management opportunities working closely with his investment and lease advisory colleagues to enhance value on behalf of clients. Working in the central London market for 27 years, he has an extensive understanding of the commercial real estate market and has been involved in numerous schemes across central London.

Before becoming a Partner at RX London, Dan started his career at Chesterton in 1995 before joining BH2 (1998-2008), where he became an equity partner in 2004. In 2008 he joined JLL and became a Lead director of the Central London Markets team, heading up the City Agency team. Dan has advised many of central London’s leading developers, REITS, funds and property companies, including Helical Plc, JP Morgan, British Land, YardNine, Canary Wharf Group, DWS, Beltane and LaSalle. His previous occupational clients have included Agricultural Bank of China, F&C Asset Management, WeWork, JLL, Julius Baer, Partners Group, Cenkos Securities & Providian National Bank.

When not working, he can be found waterskiing, skiing, looking for golf balls and enjoying the company of friends over a bottle of wine or limoncello. Life highlights include being married with two children and escaping from Alcatraz!
