Charlie Van der Gucht

Charlie specialises in strategic asset management, development and capital markets advice across central London, and has 20 years of experience at the heart of the commercial property market.

Prior to co-founding RX London Charlie was a senior member within Colliers International’s central London team and H2SO, where he served as partner. He has advised a diverse range of domestic and international investors and occupiers on a broad spectrum of development and investment projects.

His portfolio of both UK and International clients includes Arax, CBRE Global Investors, Meadow Partners, Great Portland Estates, Hines, Invesco and Nuveen.

An avid sportsman with a particular passion for cricket and golf, Charlie lives in London with his wife and three children.
