Charlie specialises in strategic asset management, development and capital markets advice across central London, and has 16 years of experience at the heart of the commercial property market.

After starting his career at DTZ, he has advised a diverse range of domestic and international investors and occupiers on a broad spectrum of development and investment projects.

Charlie has also been a senior member of Colliers International’s central London team and H2SO, where he served as partner. His portfolio of both UK and International clients includes Arax, CBRE Global Investors, Capco, Great Portland Estates, Hines, Invesco, Nuveen and The Grosvenor Estate.

An avid sportsman with a particular passion for cricket and golf, Charlie lives in London with his wife and three children.
