Specialising in design, development and leasing advice across central London, Catherine is a well-known and highly regarded member of the office agency community with nine years of professional experience in the commercial property market under her belt.

In that time, she has been a director at Savills and associate director at Colliers International and has advised on over 800,000 sq ft of leasing/development in the past two years. In addition, she has spent the last four years as a member of the West End Office Agents Society committee, which she currently chairs.

Catherine has acted on behalf of a number of major central London landlords including Shaftesbury, Capco, Grosvenor and Geneva Management Group, while advising occupiers such as The Hut Group and Future Plc on their existing central London portfolios.

Nothing recharges Catherine’s batteries like fresh air. So, when not in the office, she can be found cycling around Richmond, running in Wimbledon or walking her dog on Wimbledon Common.
