Amelia Royds

Amelia joined RX London in 2025 following two years at Farebrother where she specialised in the Midtown office market, advising both landlords and occupiers. Having also spent 5 years at Colliers where she joined as a graduate in 2018, Amelia became RICS accredited in 2021 and gained international experience working in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Recent central London deals that Amelia has been involved with include the disposal of 29 Bolton St, W1 on behalf of a private investor, 1 West Smithfield, EC1 on behalf of Columbia Threadneedle and 24 High Holborn, WC1 on behalf of M&G.

Having grown up in Northumberland, Amelia is now based in West London. She is a thespian at heart with a huge passion for all things theatre and live music.
