FORE Partnership is founded on the belief that “we can do well by doing right” and this translates into creating leading edge low-carbon developments that also have a meaningful and positive social impact.  For TBC.London, they have partnered with Stiff + Trevillion to deliver one of London’s healthiest and most sustainable offices right by Tower Bridge.   The building will be fully electric, net-zero carbon in operation and is targeting BREEAM Outstanding, Well Platinum, Wired Score Platinum and EPC A and will also include a number of terraces with stunning river views comprising over 9,000 sq ft to create a truly aspirational office environment.

TBC.London is due to deliver in the summer of 2024.
