Congratulations to our clients Capital 38 and Morgan Capital for leasing the whole of 21 Bloomsbury street to CAA.
CAA will occupy the entirety of the 85,000 sq ft workspace. Designed by Stiff + Trevillion, the development is currently undergoing refurbishment, which will add an atrium cafe/lounge, rooftop cafe/event space, wellness studio, and around 174 cycle spaces. The scheme will target BREEAM Outstanding, Nabers 5*, and Well Platinum certifications.
The building is due to complete in the second quarter of 2025, with CAA set to move into its new London hub in 2026.
